【摘要】 目的探讨胰岛素、山莨菪碱、氯霉素混合液湿敷治疗Ⅲ期以上压疮的效果。方法将45例院前压疮临床病人随机分为治疗组24例(36处),对照组21例(31处),治疗组采用胰岛素混合液湿敷创面,对照组采用0.2%利凡诺尔湿敷创面,观察对照两组压疮愈合情况、总有效率及愈合天数。结果治疗总有效率为97.22%,治疗效果及愈合天数两组比较,均P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论胰岛素、山莨菪碱、氯霉素混合液湿敷治疗Ⅲ期以上压疮疗效明显,能缩短压疮治疗时间,减轻病人痛苦,提高生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the curing effect of the Wet spreading insulin Raceanisodamine and chloromycetin’s mixed Liquid over the sore wound.Method 48 clinical cases was randomly divided into two groups,24 cases with 36 sore wounds as treating group and 21 cases with 31 sore wounds as control group.The treating group was treated by pressing wound and wet-spreading the insulin’s mixed liquid over the wound and the control group by wet-spreading 0.2 percent of Rivanort over the wound,the two groups’ curing circumstances,effective rate and curing days were observed and compared.Result The whole curing effective rate was 97.22 percent,There is significant difference in healing days and effectives between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The curing effect of the mixed liquid of insulin anisodamine and chloromycetin is much more effect,and it can reduce the curing time and patients sufferings.更多还原
