【摘要】 目的探讨不同静脉输液部位对脑卒中偏瘫患者的偏瘫肢体功能恢复的影响,以寻求合理有效的输液途径。方法将116例脑卒中并肢体瘫痪的患者随机分为实验组(A组,n=60,采用健侧肢体输液)和对照组(B组,n=56,采用在瘫痪一侧肢体输液)。观察瘫痪一侧肢体功能恢复情况。结果实验组运动功能及日常活动能力评定明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中偏瘫患者输液时,不同的输液部位对其偏瘫肢体功能的恢复有明显影响,建议常规采用健侧肢体静脉输液。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the hemi paretic limb’s convalescent condition of the different parts of intravenous infusion for patients with stroke.Method 116 stroke patients were randomly divided into two groups.The first group(n=60)were accepted normal limb infusion,and the second group(n=56)were accepted hemi paretic limb infusion.The rehabilitated times for hemi paretic limb function recovery was observed.Result The movement function and daily energy evaluation of first group is significantly higher than that of the second group(P<0.05).Conclusion Conclusion The different parts of intravenous infusion would impact on the function rehabilitation and quality of the hemi paretic limb for stroke patients.更多还原
