【摘要】 目的探讨环境温度对新生儿肛温、颈温差值的影响。方法将环境温度由低到高分为4组,分别为20.1~24.0℃、24.1~28.0℃、28.1~32.0℃、32.1~36.0℃。测量新生儿肛温与颈温,并将肛温与颈温的差值进行比较。结果环境温度20.1~32.0℃的前3组肛、颈温差值之间差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);而环境温度>28.0℃的2组肛、颈温差值之间差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),其差值为≤0.05±0.11℃。结论临床上测量新生儿颈温代表体温时,要考虑到环境温度对肛、颈温差值的影响,环境温度越高其差值越小,当环境温度>28.0℃时(一般为暖箱内),肛颈温差值相对稳定,且颈温可以直接代表肛温。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the influence on the difference between anus temperatures and cervical temperatures in neonate by environmental temperature exerting. Method The environmental temperature was divided into four groups from lower temperature to higher temperature,which were 20.1～24.0 ℃, 24.1～28.0 ℃,28.1～32.0 ℃ and 32.1～36.0 ℃ respectively,and compare the differences between the anus temperatures and cervical temperatures in 4 groups of the neonates.Result The difference between anus temperatures and cervical temperatures in group 20.1～24.0 ℃,was higher than those in group 24.1～28.0℃ with significant difference(P<0.05),and those in group 24.1～28.0 ℃ was higher than those in group 28.1～32.0 ℃ with significant difference(P<0.05),but the difference between anus temperatures and cervical temperatures in group 28.1～32.0 ℃was non significant compared with those in group 32.1～36.0 ℃(P>0.05).Conclusion More attention must be pay to the influence of the environmental temperature on the difference between anus temperature and cervical temperatures,when having temperature taking by cervical temperature,and the environmental temperatures were higher than 28.0 ℃,the differences between anus temperatures and cervical temperatures were relatively stable.Temperatures in neonate may be represented directly by cervical temperatures.更多还原
