【摘要】 目的探讨护理路径管理模式在抑郁症病人中应用的临床效果。方法选择符合CCMD-3抑郁症诊断标准的抑郁症病人102例,随机分为实验组和对照组。对照组按护理常规进行护理和健康教育指导,实验组按制定好的护理路径实施治疗护理,应用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、健康知识知晓测评表、依从性调查问卷、护理工作满意度调查问卷,在护理干预前后进行测评。结果实验组在抑郁症状的治疗效果、健康知识的掌握、依从性、满意度等方面明显优于对照组。结论对抑郁症病人实施护理路径的管理模式,使病人能主动参与治疗,出院后坚持维持治疗;对病人的心身康复,降低抑郁症复发,降低医疗成本,巩固疗效有积极意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the efficacy of applying clinical nursing path for patients with depression.Method 103 patients meeting the criteria of depression episode in CCMD-3 were randomly divided into trail and control group.The trial group received the nursing care and health education according to established nursing path,and the control group received only nursing routine.The assessment were undertaken before and after nursing intervention including Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),health knowledge scale,compliance survey questionnaire,nursing service satisfaction survey questionnaire.Result The efficacy,grasp of health knowledge,compliance and satisfaction in trail group was prior to control group.Conclusion The clinical nursing path play an important role in patients activeness,maintenance therapy,rehabilitation,reducing relapse,decreasing cost and solidifying effect.更多还原
