大掺量粉煤灰混凝土研究
Study on High Volume Fly Ash Concrete
【摘要】 实验研究了早强剂、减水剂、高效早强减水剂对大掺量粉煤灰混凝土强度与和易性方面的影响。研究表明:减水剂、早强剂对大掺量粉煤灰混凝土有显著影响。当粉煤灰掺量占胶凝材料总量50%、早强剂掺量1.5%、SX-高效减水剂掺量1.15%时,标准养护下,3d强度达11.9MPa、7 d强度达18.5MPa、28 d强度达36.5MPa。
【Abstract】 The affection of hardening accelerator Superplasticizer and S-X Admixture for compressive strength and workability of high volume fly ash concrete is studied.The study shows that hardening accelerator and Superplasticizer affect the performance of high volume fly ash concrete greatly.When fly ash proportion reaches to 50% of binder sum,hardening accelerator proportion reaches to 1.5%,SX-Superplasticizer proportion reaches to 1.15%,3 day compressive strength of concrete can reach to 11.9 MPa,7 day compressive strength of concrete can reach to 18.5MPa,28 day compressive strength of concrete can reach to 36.5MPa in standard curing condition.
