南辛排灌站泵房结构有限元计算分析
Analysis on Structure of Pump Room of Nanxin Irrigation and Drainage Pumping Station by Using FEM
【摘要】 南辛排灌站工程投入运行不久,发现水泵梁、电机梁和中立柱等结构多处出现裂缝。采用大型有限元分析软件MSC.MARC来计算分析水泵梁、电机梁和中立柱的性态,以分析裂缝成因。由于计算所得的最大拉应力处正是裂缝所在的位置,故表明,使用有限元软件进行泵站结构分析计算简便,易于工程应用,具有较好的计算精度,能满足工程计算要求。
【Abstract】 As soon as the Nanxin Irrigation and Drainage Pumping Station is put into operation,the cracks appear on the pump beams,motor beams and the middle columns.The large-scale finite element software MSC.MARC is adopted to find out the work conditions of the beams and columns,and then to analyze the causes of the cracks.The places of these cracks are just the places of the most pull stress.The calculation indicates that by using the finite element software,the calculation of the configuration of the pumping station is straightforward and can be easily applied in practice with a good precision.
