机械加工表面粗糙度与电解充氢
EFFECT OF SURFACE ROUGHNESS ON HYDROGEN CHARGING OF ALUMINUM ALLOYS
【摘要】 电解充氢实验表明,随充氢时间的延长,ZL107合金试样中的含氢量增多,力学性能(尤其是抗拉强度)下降.但ZL102个别试样出现随充氢时间延长,含氢量反而降低的反常现象.初步分析认为,这与表面粗糙度有关.用机械加工制备了几种表面粗糙度Ra值不同的ZL102合金试样,在设定条件下作电解弃氢.结果表明,试样表面粗糙度的确影响充氢行为.随试样表面粗糙度值增加,其含氢量有相应增加的倾向.
【Abstract】 In our previous study,the hydrogen content in ZL107 alloy increased and therewith its mechanical properies,especially the tensile strength decreased with increase of time for hydrogen electro-charging.But there exists an exception that hydrogen content for a few samples of ZL105 decreased with in crease of time for hydrogen,electro-charging,which was thought to be related with the surface roughness of simples.In the present study samples of ZL105 with different surface roughness were prepared by machning,which then were hydrogen electro-charged unden condrtions selected.The results indicated clearly that the hydrogen content increases with increment of surface roughness.
