【Abstract】 The effective components of ants had been extracted by means of ultrasonic and its best extractive condition was optimized through orthogonal design.The interdiction of synthesizing Nitrosamine and the elimination of Nitrite had been studied under optimum condition.The result showed that both the rates of interdicting Nitrosamine and elimination of Nitrite could reach up to 90%.更多还原
