【摘要】 目的:探讨腹腔镜诊断与治疗急腹症的价值。方法:回顾分析2004年6月至2006年6月87例外科急腹症患者行腹腔镜探查及治疗的临床资料。结果:全部患者经腹腔镜检查均获得明确诊断,行腹腔镜手术治疗85例,中转开腹2例,主要原因是出血较多,暴露困难。结论:腹腔镜诊治急腹症准确、安全、有效,对明确诊断及鉴别诊断极有价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the laparoscopic techniques in the diagnosis and treatment of acute abdominal emergency.Methods:The chinical data of laparoscopic explorations and treatments in 87 patients with surgical acute abdomen were reviewed retrospectively.Results:Diagnosis was clarified laparscopically in all patients.Operations were completed under laparoscope in 85 patients,and 2 cases were converted to open surgery because of hemorrhea leading to difficult exposure.No patients died.Conclusions:Laparoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of acute abdominal emergency is accurate,safe and effective,and is valuable for the differential diagnosis.更多还原
