【摘要】 目的:总结腹腔镜应用于泌尿外科的经验体会。方法:为106例患者施行泌尿外科腹腔镜手术,其中肾囊肿去顶术66例,肾切除术13例,肾部分切除术7例,输尿管切开取石术2例,精索静脉高位结扎术13例;肾上腺肿瘤切除术5例。其中76例经后腹腔入路,30例经腹入路。结果:106例手术均获成功,肾囊肿去顶术手术时间30~100m in,平均50m in,平均出血20m l。肾切除术手术时间120~240m in,平均191m in,平均出血200m l。肾部分切除术手术时间65~120m in,平均出血250m l。输尿管上段切开取石术手术时间120、125m in,平均出血60m l。精索静脉高位结扎术手术时间30~45m in,平均出血10m l。肾上腺肿瘤切除术手术时间50~150m in,平均出血50m l,术中无一例输血。术中术后未发生严重并发症。结论:腹腔镜手术安全、微创,在泌尿外科有很好的应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To summarize the experience of application of laparoscopy in urinary surgery.Methods:One hundred and six cases with urologic diseases underwent laparoscopic surgery.Among them,66 cases had renal cyst deroofing,13 cases nephrectomy,7 cases heminephrectomy,2 cases ureterolithotomy,13 cases varicocelectomy,5 cases adrenalectomy.76 cases underwent retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery,30 cases underwent transabdominal laparoscopic surgery.Results:All the operations were successfully performed.The operation time of renal cyst deroofing was 30-100 minutes(mean 50 minutes) and the mean intraoperative blood loss was 20ml.The operation time of nephrectomy was 120-240 minutes(mean 191 minutes) and the mean intraoperative blood loss was 200ml.The operation time of heminephrectomy was 65120 minutes and the mean intraoperative blood loss was 250ml.The ureterolithotomy took 120 and 125 minutes with the mean blood loss of 60ml.The varicocelectomy took 30-45 minutes with the mean blood loss of 10ml.The varicocelectomy took 30-45 minutes with the mean blood loss of 10ml.The adrenalectomy took 50-150 minutes with the mean blood loss of 50ml.No case received blood transfusion.No complication occurred intraoperatively or postoperatively.Conclusions:Laparoscopic surgery is safe and minimal invasive,thus has a good application future in the urologic clinical practice.更多还原
