【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the reliability and security of the useage of endoloop assisted with titanium clip in handling of the root of appendix in laparoscopy.Methods:418 patients were performed laparoscopic appendectomy(LA),using the endoloop to dispose the root of appendix assisted with titanium clip.Results:No fecal fistula or other complications occurred in all of the patients,and the mean hospital stay was 2.8 days.Conclusions:To handle the root of appendix in LA with the endoloop assisted with titanium clip is safe,reliable,simple and economic.更多还原
