【摘要】 利用高温光学金相显微镜对由纯铝粉、纯锌和纯铜粉制成的二元合金粉末体系进行了原位烧结试验。原位观察结果对比研究表明:两种体系烧结的典型物理过程既有共性,又有差异,晶界扩散在烧结过程中始终起着非常重要的作用;这些结果为进一步合理制定和优化烧结工艺提供了直接的试验依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The sintering process of Al-Zn and Al-Cu binary alloys was in situ investigated using a high temperature optical microscope(HTOM).The results showed that the sintering processes of two kinds of alloys have some things in common and different.Grain boundary diffusion plays an important role in whole sintering process.These results are very useful to establish optimum sintering process.更多还原
