α-ZrP明胶嵌入的研究
Intercalation of Gelatine in Monohydrate Zirconium Hydrogen Phosphate
【摘要】 明胶在一定条件下可以被嵌入到α-ZrP结构中.如果选择了合适的前驱体材料,这些大分子有可能被嵌入到层状结构材料中.本实验中,氨基乙酸首先被嵌入到α-ZrP的层状结构中,然后氨基乙酸被明胶替换.α-ZrP中大量嵌入明胶,导致该层状结构材料层间距的增加.本实验方法可以制备蛋白质-无机纳米复合材料,这些材料可以固定酶,并作为生物功能材料获得应用.
【Abstract】 Gelatine can be intercalated into monohydrate zirconium hydrogen phosphate(α-ZrP)in certain conditions.These large molecules can be intercalated into lamellar materials if suitable precursor materials are selected.In this experiment,aminocaproic acid was first inserted into the interlayer lattice of α-ZrP,then it was replaced by gelatine.The insertion of large quantity of gelatine into α-ZrP expands the basal spacing,leading to the formation of protein-inorganic host nanocomposites,which can immobilize enzyme and be employed as biofunctional compounds.
