提高波前探测精度的双立方插值方法
A Method for Improving Wavefront Sensing Accuracy Based on Bi-cubic Interpolation
【摘要】 哈特曼-夏克波前传感器通常采用CCD相机作为探测器件,CCD像元之间的离散性,导致连续灰度图像被抽样成离散图像.文章提出用多项式插值对光斑图进行插值处理来降低图像灰度的离散度,可以平滑光斑图噪声,提高光斑阵列的探测精度,从而提高波前探测精度.仿真和实验结果证明,双立方插值方法很大程度上提高了波前探测的精度,选取合适的插值密度可以减小计算机处理时间.光斑图插值处理的研究为在实验中提高波前探测精度提供了有益的参考。
【Abstract】 Discreteness between image elements make the continuous gray image discrete when using CCD as the detecting device of Hartmann-Shack wavefront sensor,which will influence the accuracy of wavefront sensing.So the polynomial interpolation applied to light spot image is presented,which can improve the detecting precision of spot by reducing the discreteness of image and noise.Computer simulation and experimental results show that bi-cubic interpolation can greatly improve the wavefront sensing accuracy,also,the suitable interpolating density can decrease processing time of computer.The bi-cubic interpolation applied to light spot image offer a valuable reference to the wavefront sensing in real research..
