【摘要】 在人类社会大踏步地跨入21世纪之际,我国教育进入了历史转折的紧要关头。随着计划经济向市场经济的过渡,伴随着加入WTO对教育提出的新挑战,作为教育调控系统的整个教育制度体系,都受到了前所未有的冲击:有的必须终结,有的必须留存,而各种新的教育制度也有待于确立或完善。本文前一部分(《湖南师范大学教育科学学报》2006年第4期)探讨了教育制度终结的障碍,本部分将进一步阐述教育制度终结的策略,以期利于我国教育制度的建设与变革。更多还原

【Abstract】 At the time that the human society walks with vigovous strides into the 21st century,the education in our country comes to an urgent point.With the transition from plan economy to market economy and the challenge brought by the accession of WTO of our country,the whole educational system is suffering unprecedented impacts.Some of them must be ended,and the others must be kept.Meanwhile,the new educational system of various kinds is to be founded or improved.The first part of this paper(the 4th issue of Journal of Educational Science of Hunan Normal University,2006) analyzes the barrior of the educational system ending,and the second part of this paper analyzes the tactics to the educational system eding,in the hope of doing good to the construction and reform.更多还原
