【摘要】 目的采用Ryge提出的USPHS评价系统对患者口腔内的两组使用不同粘结剂粘结的后牙复合树脂的充填效果进行临术评价。方法48例患者的106颗中深龋磨牙分为两组,实验组和对照组分别用自酸蚀粘结剂和全酸蚀粘结剂加后牙复合树脂充填,抛光,临床观察时间为充填后1周、6个月及1年。结果实验组充填后1周、6个月及1年修复体的边缘密合性,继发龋与对照组之间差异无统计学意义;实验组和对照组充填术后敏感性在充填后1周差异有统计学意义;随时间的延长,两组之间差异无统计学意义。结论自酸蚀粘结剂可用于后牙复合树脂充填的粘结,但其远期疗效需进一步观察。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the post-operative sensitivity,marginal microleakage and secondary caries of the teeth which were treated with a self-etching bonding and with a posterior composite resin.Methods Total 106 molar teeth with medium to deep caries were divided into two groups:the experimental group of 54 teeth was treated with Adper PromptTM bonding(self-etching bonding)and restored with 3M P60 composite resin.The control group of 52 teeth was treated with Single BondTM(Total-etching adhesive)and restored with 3M P60 composite resin.Patient were clinical reviewed after 1 week,6 months and 1 year of treatment.Result After 1 week,6 months and 1 year of treatment,the differences of marginal microleakage and secondary caries between the experimental group and the control group were no significant.The differences of post-operative sensitivity after 1 week of treatment between the experimental group and the control group were significant(P<0.05).But after 6 months and 1 year of treatment,no sensitivity was present in the experimental and control group.Conclusion We may treat the caries with self-etching bonding and posterior composite resin.But patient should be clinical reviewed in the future.更多还原
