【摘要】 在分析山东省湿地公园发展历程,地理位置和气候条件的基础上,建议在规划与管理层面明确管理机制和规划导引对选定建设的地域,尽快依法取得土地资源权属、健全完善的管理机构,对所辖区域进行有效管理、做好长远保护和发展规划、建设基本的旅游设施;在详细设计层面应以滞留利用雨水、保护原生环境、植被多样化和乡土化、水岸处理自然化以及设施建造生态化等措施作为综合的湿地公园建设发展策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper analyzed the history, geography and the climate condition of wetland parks in Shangdong Province and proposed that the land ownership should be obtained legally and a competent management agency should be established to carry out the effective management, work out a long-term planning for protection and development and to implement the construction of tourism infrastructure. It also put forward a comprehensive strategy for the construction and development of wetland parks, which consisted of the utilization of rainfall, protection of natural environment and vegetation diversification, naturalization of water bank treatment and the ecologicalization of infrastructure.更多还原
