5种热动力学方法在树干液流研究中的应用评述
Review on the Five Thermodynamic Technology Applied in the Research of Sap Flow
【摘要】 对目前用于测定树干液流的5种热动力学方法(热脉冲法、树干热平衡法、茎热平衡法、热扩散法和热场变形法)的优缺点进行了分析评述.其中热脉冲法、茎热平衡法和热扩散法技术相对成熟且有商品化的设备提供,应用最为广泛.树干热平衡法和热场变形法虽然都具有无需校准的优势,但因成本较高,且测定技术较复杂而没有得到广泛的应用.对测定方法选择不当会使结果产生很大的偏差,在测定前必须充分了解所选择的热动力学方法的原理和优缺点、可能引起误差的原因、被测植物的解剖学和生理学特征以及测定环境的特殊性,然后根据特定的研究目的来选择合适的方法.
【Abstract】 Analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of 5 methods related to sap flow measurement,including HPV(Heat pulse velocity),THB(Trunk(segment) heat balance),SHB(Stem heat balance),TD(Thermal dissipation) and HFD(Heat field deformation).Among them,HPV,SHB and TD are extensively used due to their mature techniques and commercialized facilities.THB and HFD are easy to be carried out without having to be calibrated,however,because of the high expense and complex techniques,the latter two methods still haven’t gained wide application.So it is necessary to compare the advantages of these five methods in different experiments,otherwise,improper implication may lead to error.Additionally,in our research,also found it is essential to choose the proper method according to different anatomical and physiological characters of the plants,and to especial environment.
