【摘要】 对西施舌稚贝的摄食率及藻类选择性变化进行研究.结果表明,西施舌稚贝对直径11.2μm四爿藻具有较高的选择性,而对云霄微型藻和牟氏角毛藻的摄食率均偏低.西施舌稚贝对四爿藻的摄食率在第5h时达到最高值(174.928×10-5m g.-h 1).当西施舌稚贝分别摄食3种藻类时,在适宜的藻类密度范围内,摄食率均随着藻类密度的增大而迅速增加,当藻类密度达到一定值后,摄食率呈下降趋势.西施舌稚贝摄食率与藻类密度之间关系适用二次多项式表示.更多还原

【Abstract】 The ingestion rate and selection of algal food in juveniles of Coelomactra antiquata was carried out.The results showed that juveniles of C.antiquata fed with the algae Tetraselmis sp.at large size（φ11.2μm） had higher ingestion rate than that fed with Chorella sp.and Chaetoceros mulleri at the same feeding time.The ingestion rate of juveniles of C.antiquata fed with the algae Tetraselmis sp.reached the highest value of 174.928×10^-5 mg·h^-1 at the 5th hour.The ingestion rate increased sharply with higher algal density when juveniles were fed at a fitting algal density with three algals,respectively,then ingestion rate reached a maximum value and decreased after exceeding the definite value.The relationship between ingestion rate and algal density can be expressed by quadratic polynomial.更多还原
