丁腈/氯醚橡胶改性酚醛树脂在摩擦材料中的应用
Study on Application of Phenol Resin Modified by NBR/ECO in Friction Material
【摘要】 采用不同比例的丁腈/氯醚橡胶,并用改性酚醛树脂作为半金属摩擦材料的基体材料,考察了模塑料制备工艺、后处理方式及硫化体系,对材料摩擦磨损性能和物理力学性能的影响规律。结果表明:丁腈与氯醚橡胶质量比为7∶3,湿法制备,经160~180℃后处理的摩擦材料的综合性能好。
【Abstract】 Using the phenol resin modif ied by different proportion NBR and the chlorine ether rubber (ECO) as the base material of semimetal friction material, the influence rule of different post-processing way and compound preparation craft and the different curing system on the friction and attrition performance and physical mechanics performance of the polymer base semimetal friction material was studied. The result showed that using 7:3 as the mass rate of NBR to chlorine ethers rubber, and with the aqueous method refi nement, the overall better performance of post-processing product was obtained under 160~180℃.
