【摘要】 以浙江安吉提纯膨润土滤饼为原料,将钠化剂碳酸钠与引发剂尿素相结合,在一定温度下对膨润土进行钠化改性。改性土经烘干粉碎后加入成胶剂羟乙基纤维素以提高胶体性能,制备出了高稠度膨润土无机凝胶,并讨论了相关的工艺条件。该工艺适于工业化生产,而无废水、废气产生。更多还原

【Abstract】 The fi ltration cake of Zhejiang Anji’s purifi ed bentonite was used as raw material. Under certain temperature, combining the sodium reagent sodium carbonate and the solicitation reagent carbamide the bentonite was modified. After drying and milling and joining the gellants cellulose ethoxyl the colloid performance of bentonite was improved. So the high thickness bentonite inorganic gel was prepared and the related technological conditions were discussed in this paper.
