酞菁蓝着色云母粉制备

【摘要】 以白云母为基材,加入酞菁蓝和明胶,同时滴加CuCl2溶液,制得了蓝色系列的着色云母粉。表征结果显示,影响着色云母粉质量的因素大致为:酞菁蓝>明胶>CuCl2;工艺条件是pH=6,温度为室温,再搅拌时间为0min,老化时间为0h,CuCl2用量为1%,酞菁蓝用量为4%,明胶用量为3%;制备的着色云母粉Y和C*分别为31.94和17.62,并具有较好的耐酸、耐碱和耐候性。

【Abstract】 This article studied on the method of preparing blue mica-based pearlescent,taking muscovite as the substrate, joining BGS and glutin mixture, at the same time joining the CuCl2·5H2O liquor drop by drop, and the blue mica pearlescent pigment was prepared. The research result indicated that the order of affection factors is BGS>glutin mixture>CuCl2, and the best technological conditions included that pH is 6, the temperature is the room temperature, stirring time is 0 minute, the time ageing is 0 hours, dosage of CuCl2 is 1%, dosage of BGS is 4%, dosage of gelatin is 3%. The values of Y and C* of pearlescent powder produced under the above conditions are 31.94 and 17.62. At the same time the testing showed that the pearlescent pigment has good acid-resistance, alkali resistance and weatherability.
