涂布级超细大理岩粉制备及其特征
Preparation & Characters of Coating Grade of Ultrafine Marble Powder for Paper Industry
【摘要】 以广东茂名某地-325目大理岩粉为原料,采用湿法搅拌磨超细加工工艺,讨论了磨矿浓度、磨矿介质配比、分散剂种类、用量、转速和时间等对磨矿粒度的影响,在最优工艺条件下,试验产品粒度特征是:-2μm>90%、D90<2μm,SEM形貌观察为板状或片状,涂布后各项物理指标达到了铜版纸要求的标准。
【Abstract】 ubmicron GCC was prepared from-325 mesh ultrafine marble powder of Maoming of Gongdong province by superfine agitation grinder.The influential factors on grain size of experimental product are slurry concentration,proportion of grinding media,types and addition amount of dispersants,rotating speed of grinder and grinding time.Under the best technological conditions the grain size of experimental product is-2μm>90%,D90<2μm.Its physical parameters are meet the standard of coated paper,and its appearance are observed by SEM.
