用蛋白土制备硅酸钠工艺研究
Research on Preparing Sodium Silicate by Opal
【摘要】 采用水热碱溶法研究了用蛋白土制取硅酸钠的工艺条件和主要影响因素。正交试验结果表明:反应时间、NaOH用量以及体系的液固比,对蛋白土SiO2的浸出率和硅酸钠溶液模数的加权值的影响都非常显著。各因素对试验结果的影响显著性顺序为:氢氧化钠用量>液固比>反应时间。其中氢氧化钠的用量对实验结果的影响,远远大于其它影响因素。最佳制备工艺条件为:反应时间75min,NaOH用量与蛋白土用量之比为0.325,液固比为3.0。
【Abstract】 This paper focuses on the technical conditions and the main affected factors which using opal to prepare sodium silicate by water-heated alkaline reaction.The results of the experiment indicated that time of alkaline reaction,dosage of alkali and ratio of liquid-solid are visible factors to lixivium ratio of silicon dioxide and modulus of sodium silicate.The sequence of visibility is: dosage of alkali > ratio of liquid-solid > time of alkaline reaction.The affection of alkali dosage is more obvious than other factors.The best technical conditions are: time of alkaline reaction is 75 min;ratio of sodium hydroxide and opal is 0.325;ratio of liquid-solid is 3.0.
