【摘要】 本文以龙海市镇海石化工程为例,采用油膜扩散相关模式,当发生油品等难溶性化学品的泄漏事故时,分别对漂浮的油膜以及分散于水体中溶解、乳化的油所造成的海洋环境污染影响加以预测、分析。在此基础上,预测工程用海风险,建议要制订并积极实施具体有效的事故防范措施和应急措施,旨在减少对海洋环境的影响,从而更好地进行海洋环境监测与管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking Zhenhai petrochemical oilcan engineering in Longhai as an example,This paper refers to oil slick’s pervasion mode and analyses leakage-contamination accidents of undissolved petrochemicals,especially oil.It respectively forecasts and analyzes ocean environment pollution of floating oil slick and deliquescent or emulsification oil in seawater.Therefore,it suggests that some material or effective accident prevention measures and contingency plans could be mapped out and put in practice.更多还原
