土壤有效氮含量对烤烟代谢及氮素营养的影响

【摘要】 土壤碱解氮+H(加还原剂)含量与烤烟吸氮量呈极显著正相关,相关系数达0.985.随着土壤碱解氮+H含量的提高,烟叶中各种色素含量和可溶性蛋白质含量也增高.土壤碱解氮+H含量为195.76 mg.kg-1时,烟株叶片的净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率、胞间CO2含量、硝酸还原酶活性达到最大值,分别为12.4μmol.m-2.s-1、586.1 mmol.m-2.s-1、2.56 mmol.m-2.s-1、346.09 mmol.m-2.s-1、48μg.g-1.h-1.初步认为烤烟旺长期下部烟叶全氮含量低于1.1%时烤烟缺氮,烟叶全氮含量达到1.2%-1.6%时烤烟轻度缺氮,烟叶全氮含量达到1.7%-1.9%时烤烟潜在缺氮,烟叶全氮含量大于1.9%时烤烟氮素充足.

【Abstract】 The content of soil available nitrogen+H(adding reducer) had significant positive correlation with the content of N absorbed by flue-cured tobacco with the correlation coefficients of 0.985.The content of pigments and the soluble protein in flue-cured tobacco leaf increased along with the increase of the content of soil available nitrogen+H.When the content of soil available nitrogen+H was 195.76 mg·kg-1,net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance,transpiration rate,intercellular CO2 content,nitrate reductase activity in leaf reached the peak value of 12.4 μmol·m-2·s-1,586.1 mmol·m-2·s-1,2.56 mmol·m-2·s-1,346.09 mmol·m-2·s-1,48 μg·g-1·h-1,respectively.It was suggested that flue-cured tobacco lacked N when the content of total N in tobacco leaf was lower than 1.1%, tobacco slightly lacked N when the content of total N was 1.2%-1.6%,tobacco potentially lacked N when the content of total N was 1.7%-1.9%,tobacco had enough N content when the content of total N was higher than 1.9%.
