虫生真菌座壳孢代谢产物杀虫活性

【摘要】 从采自福建建瓯柑橘园的粉虱虫尸上分离纯化获得一株座壳孢Jos009,经液体和固体发酵培养,分别提取得到不同的代谢产物,并将其用于对桃蚜、温室白粉虱和棉铃虫3种常见害虫的防治效果研究.结果表明,该菌株液体发酵的胞外代谢产物Ⅱ对桃蚜有很强的触杀毒性,24和48h的LC50分别为1.047和0.708mg.mL-1,而该菌株代谢产物对温室白粉虱和棉铃虫无毒杀作用.本试验还发现不同的培养方式对该菌代谢产物的生物活性有很大影响,液体发酵比固体发酵更有利于其杀虫活性物质的产生.

【Abstract】 Aschersonia sp.Jos009 was isolated from larval cadavers of whiteflies collected from orange garden of Jian′ou City,Fujian.The metabolites were extracted from liquid and solid cultivation of this isolate,respectively,and applied to control Brevicoryne brassicae,Trialeurodes vaporariorum and Helicoverpa armigera.The results showed that the extracellular metabolite Ⅱ had high insecticidal activity against B.brassicae.The LC50 values at 24 and 48 h were estimated at 1.047 and 0.708 mg·mL-1,respectively.However,the metabolites had no insecticidal activity against T.vaporariorum and H.armigera.Moreover,we found that the cultivation conditions greatly affect the bioactivities of Jos009 and the submerged fermentation was better than surface culture on solid media to produce Aschersonia metabolites with insecticidal activities.
