基于潮流影响系数的输电阻塞管理
Transmission Congestion Management Based on Power Influence Coefficient
【摘要】 采用机组调度的方法,基于影响支路潮流最大的机组对消除阻塞最有利的思想,以机组调整量最小为目标进行阻塞管理.由于电力系统的非线性,机组出力在输电元件上的分配量与机组出力间存在特殊的非线性关系,通过建立多项式回归模型来分析发电机组出力或负荷变化时系统潮流的变化规律,并采用最小二乘法进行求解;根据提出的潮流影响系数的概念,描述机组出力变化对支路功率变化的影响程度.基于潮流影响系数以及支路潮流越限量,有效确定参与调整的机组及其出力调整量以消除阻塞.通过IEEE-RTS24节点及其他实际系统的分析计算验证了该方法的有效性和正确性.
【Abstract】 Basing on the idea that the generator who has the most influence on the power flow of line is mostly in favor of eliminating transmission congestion,the model of congestion management with the object of minimizing adjustments of generators is proposed.In view of the non-linear characters of power system,the relationship of power distributionsand extractionsvaried with the change of generationoutputs is analyzed by establishing polynomial regression model.This model is solved by usingthe least square method.The power influence coefficient that can describe the change of distributions varied with generation outputs is proposed.It can eliminate the congestion effectively by judging the generators who should be adjusted and the amounts of adjustment.The test on IEEE-RTS24buses system and other practical systems show that the proposed method is effective.
