基于虚拟仪器的电容性设备介损在线监测系统

【摘要】 介绍了一种基于虚拟仪器的容性电气设备介质损耗正切值虚拟测量系统,利用National Instruments公司的软件平台LabVIEW和ADLINK公司硬件平台实现电信号的实时采集、分析、处理和存储,经过实验室模拟测试和变电站实际测试表明,该系统对电容性设备介质损耗的测量精度高,实测数据稳定,实测的介损值相误差小于5%,能满足实际在线监测的要求.

【Abstract】 A digital detecting system of the dielectric loss in the capacitive equipment is introduced based on virtual instruments.This system can real-time collect,analyze,process and storage electrical signals with National Instruments’ program LabVIEW and ADLINK,s DAQ board.Through the simulation test in lab and the real test in electric substation,it is shown that this system has high accuracy on testing the dielectric loss in the capacitive equipment,the real test data is stable and the relative error of real dielectric loss is less than 5%.It is to say that this system can meet the requirement of the real on-line monitoring.
