非设计工况下离心通风机性能数值预估

【摘要】 针对4种商用离心通风机,分别采用RNGκ-ε和标准κ-ε湍流模式对其非设计工况下的气动性能进行数值预估和实测结果比较,并分析其叶片通道内的流场分离情况。结果表明:采用RNGκ-ε模式能很好地预估非设计工况"高效性能区"的性能,而κ-ε模式仅能预估偏离设计工况±15%流量范围的性能。

【Abstract】 According to the four commercial centrifugal fans,this paper gives the numerical prediction and the comparison of experimental data to aerodynamic performance with off-design operation using RNG κ-ε and standard κ-ε model respectively,and analyzes the separate flow in blade channels.The result demonstrates the RNG κ-ε can be used well for the numerical prediction of performance in the "high efficiency area" of the off-design operation,while the standard κ-ε model can be used only under the off-design operation which deviates from the design flow rate about ±15%.
