【摘要】 丁酸钠(Sodium Butyrate)是丁酸的钠盐形式,研究发现其水解成丁酸后具有广泛的生理功能,如作为肠细胞能量源、促进肠细胞分化增殖,改进小肠形态促进消化吸收等,近年来发现其在提高动物生产性能方面也发挥着作用。本文综述了丁酸钠的理化性质、营养生理功能和其在动物生产中的应用,并简要展望了丁酸钠研究和应用的前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 The sodium butyrate is butyric acid sodium salt. It has many kinds of biological functions including as energy source of colon cell, promote colon cell differentiation and proliferation、improve intestinal morphology. The latest study found that it improves animal performance. The physical and chemistry character of sodium butyrate, its function in gastrointestinal and application in animal production were mainly stated in this article.更多还原
