【摘要】 对物流能力中的运作能力、柔性能力、配送能力进行了说明,并选定服务质量作为对供应链绩效进行衡量的中间变量.在此基础上,提出了一系列假设并建立模型,通过对中国大陆近千家企业进行问卷调查,用结构方程模型(Structure Equation Modelling,SEM)对问卷进行了分析,发现运作能力是影响供应链绩效的关键因素.实证分析显示,运作能力对柔性能力、配送能力、服务质量都有显著影响,并通过服务质量间接影响到企业的财务绩效.更多还原

【Abstract】 The operations capability,flexibility capability,and distribution capability in logistics capability are analyzed,and a middle variable is selected to measure the supply chain performance.A series of hypotheses are put forward and the measurement models are established on this foundation.A questionnaire is carried on thousands of industry enterprises in mainland China,and the Structure Equation Modeling(SEM) is adopted to confirm that the operations capability has critical influence on the supply chain performance.The empirical analysis results show that the operations capability can impact upon distribution capability,flexibility capability,and the service quality.Moreover,operations capability also indirectly impacts on financial performance through the service quality.更多还原
