【摘要】 目的了解美沙酮维持治疗者的治疗情况。方法按照国家工作组规定的入选对象标准,收治自愿参加美沙酮维持治疗试点的患者,对受治者进行问卷调查。结果在566例中,能坚持维持治疗者271例(占47.88%),脱失295例(占52.12%);经过美沙酮维持治疗后184例(占32.51%)保持操守;静脉注射毒品和违法犯罪现象得到控制;社会功能有所恢复,有45例(占7.95%)找到或恢复了工作;检测出的HIV感染者113例(占113/566)有53例坚持美沙酮维持治疗。结论美沙酮维持治疗在改善静脉吸毒者的社会功能、降低毒品危害方面成效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of methadone maintenance treatment for heroin addicts.Methods Patients joining in methadone maintenance treatment voluntarily were received,the treatment was according to the National Criteria.Questionnaire survey was performed.Results Among the 566 patients,271 patients(47.88%)insisted on being treated,while,295(52.12%)discontinued.184 patients(32.51%)quit oneself of drug abuse and criminal behavior,and their social function somewhat resumed.45 patients(7.95%)being employed or re-employed.Among the 113 HIV detected,53 took methadone regularly.Conclusion Methadone maintenance treatment is effective for the improvement of social function,drug abuse and the reducement of drug-related harm.更多还原
