【摘要】 目的了解女大学生性病及艾滋病知识的知晓状况,为开展相关知识的健康教育提供科学依据。方法在武汉地区的高校中,整群抽取1373名大一女生,以无记名自填式问卷调查表进行调查。结果大一女生对艾滋病、淋病和梅毒的知晓率均在49.1%以上,对艾滋病三大传播途径的知晓率均在86.7%以上。除了对同性恋知晓率较低外,女大学生对艾滋病主要高危行为和高危人群的知晓率均在67.0%以上。但有31.0%的学生错误地把蚊虫叮咬等当作艾滋病的传播途径,知道“100%安全套行动”的人仅有0.3%,知道“性行为中女性比男性更容易感染艾滋病病毒”的也仅有27.1%。结论大学一年级女生具有一定的性病艾滋病知识,但仍需进一步提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the knowledge about sexually-transmitted diseases(STD) and AIDS among the female freshmen.Methods Female freshmen were sampled by cluster sampling and investigated by using questionnaire survey on anonymous basis in Wuhan. Results A total of 1373 students were surveyed. Among them, above 49.1% understood something about AIDS and syphilis, and above 86.7% had the knowledge about the 3 transmission routes of HIV. Except that the rate of awareness of homosexuality being rather low, above 67.0% of the students had the knowledge about the high-risk population and the high-risk behavior of being infected by HIV. Furthermore, another 31.0% of the students thought that mosquito could transmit HIV. Only 0.3% of them knew something about the “action of 100% condom“ and only 27.1% of them understood the idea that “women being easier infected by HIV than men during sexual behavior ”.Conclusion The female freshmen had certain knowledge about sexually-transmitted diseases and AIDS, however further education is needed.更多还原
