【摘要】 目的评估全球基金疟疾控制项目启动2年后的工作质量。方法按照《全球基金疟疾基线调查技术方法》,采用分层随机不等比例抽样法,在2003年第一次基线调查的同一地方再次进行调查。结果与2002年相比,2004年疫情报告发病数下降61.00%;村走访发病数下降40%,正规治疗率提高60.20%;休治率提高34.77%,漏报率降低28.29%;门诊抗疟处方无疫情漏报,血检阳性疫情报告符合率为100%;居民与小学生疟防知识知晓率分别提高37.51%和23.92%。结论疟防措施落实情况比项目实施前有较大的进步,疟疾发病率大幅度下降。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the outcome of the global fund of the malaria control project after 2 years’ implementation in Hubei.Methods According to the “Methods of Baseline Investigation for Global Fund Malaria Project”, applying the stratified random unequal proportion sampling method, this on-the-spot investigation was carried out at the same place and on the ground of the first baseline investigation in 2003.Results Compared with 2002, the reported incidence decreased by 61.00%(1008/2585)in 2004, the investigated incidence decreased by 40%, regular treatment rate increased by 60.2%, treatment rate in the resting stage increased by 34.77% and the rate of missing report decreased by 28.29%. There was no missing report according to the outpatient antimalarial prescription, and the correction rate of the reported blood examination positive was 100%. The awareness the rate of malaria knowledge for residents and primary school students increased by 37.51% and 23.92% respectively.Conclusion Since the implementation of the project, there has been great progress in the performance of the malaria control measures,and the incidence of malaria has decreased greatly.更多还原
