【摘要】 目的探讨在持续高眼压状态下行复合小梁切除联合羊膜移植术的有效性和安全性。方法回顾性分析在持续性高眼压状态下行复合小梁切除联合羊膜移植术患者23例(26眼),观察患者手术前后的眼压、视力、手术并发症和手术成功率。结果所有病例手术前后均未发生爆发性脉络膜出血、眼内出血及恶性青光眼等严重并发症。术后患者的视力得到明显的提高,有2例2眼患者出现术后低眼压。结论原发性急性闭角型青光眼在高眼压状态下行复合小梁切除联合羊膜移植是安全、有效的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of trabuculetomy combinded with amniotic membrane transplantation for primary acute angle closure glaucoma with persistent high intraocular pressure(IOP).Methods Retrospective analyzed 23 cases(56eyes) of primary acute angle-closure glaucoma with persistent high intraocular pressure,which received trabuculetomy with amniotic membrane transplantation.Analyzed the IOP,visual acuity,complications and surgery outcome of these cases.Results Among all of 26 eyes,no severe complications such as choroidal hemorrhage,malignant glaucoma were observed during surgery and postoperatively.The mean IOP decreased from 50.73±6.51mmHg(preoperative) to 12.37±3.07mmHg(2 weeks postoperative)(t=29.27,P<0.00).The mean IOP of 3 months postoperative was 13.80±3.73 mmHg,slightly increased comparing with 2 weeks postoperative.The visual acuity improved.Conclusions Trabuculetomy combinded with amniotic membrane transplantation for primary acute angle closure glaucoma with persistent high intraocular pressure is safe and effective.It can control the IOP and keep the visual function from more damage.更多还原
