1000MW超超临界锅炉启动分离器制造工艺研究
On Manufacturing Technology of the Start-up Separator of a 1000 MW Ultra-Supercritical Boiler
【摘要】 目前,1000MW超超临界锅炉的启动分离器主体材料为SA335-P91,制造中的难题有球形缩颈管的制造工艺,焊接中的加热及背面充氩保护问题,偏心斜管的尺寸控制问题及焊接变形检测问题等。在试验研究的基础上,通过采取合适的焊接、热处理、检测等技术,成功地解决了这些制造工艺难点。
【Abstract】 The present day used material for manufacturing the main body of a 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical boiler’s start-up separator is SA335-P91. The main difficulties in the fabrication process include: the forming technology of the spherical contraction neck,way of heating for welding and argon protection of the back side,dimension keeping of the slanting eccentric tube and distorsion checking after welding,etc.After a sevies of experimental trials,these technological difficulties were successfully overcome by application of appropriate welding,heat treatment and check-measuring techniques.
