【摘要】 【目的】了解2006年成都市托幼园所膳食营养状况,指导其膳食调配。【方法】采用称重法对成都市不同等级托幼园所中11 166名儿童进行膳食调查,采用χ2检验对膳食结果、体格发育资料及实验室资料进行统计学分析。【结果】蛋白质、脂肪、维生素、铁及锌摄入量符合膳食要求,热量摄入量未达供给量标准的90%以上,钙摄入量不足。能量来源分布蛋白质摄入偏多,碳水化合物摄入不足,脂肪摄入基本符合要求。热量及营养素供给达膳食要求的儿童体格生长明显优于营养供给不足者。【结论】近年来对托幼园所的卫生保健指导是有成效的,今后仍需进一步加强并重点对二类托幼园所的膳食进行指导。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】 To study the status of dietary nutrition of the kindergarten of the Cheng du in 2006. 【Methods】 Dietary surveys were performed on 11 166 childen of the difference grades in the kindergarten by weighting method.The results of dietary surervy,physical development and laboratory examination were analyzed by chi-square test. 【Results】 Protein,fat,vitamin,iron and zinc intakes were accord with the recommended dietary allowance.The heat energy intake were lower than 90% of the recommended dietary allowance.Calcium intakes were inadequate.The energy supplied by the protein was more than standard,the proportion of the energy from carbohydrates was lower than standard,and that from fat was normal.Physical status of children with adequate nutrients were better than that of children with insufficient nutrients. 【Conclusion】 The management of the diet in the second grades kindergartens should still be enhanced,and the nutrition frame should also be adjusted.更多还原
