【摘要】 【目的】通过对上海市托幼机构实施儿童肥胖干预监测前后儿童单纯性肥胖发生率进行分析比较,对干预的效果进行分析研究,以寻求更合适的管理途径和方法。【方法】每3年对重点区域托幼机构儿童的发病情况进行抽样调查,对3~6岁肥胖高发年龄组(以幼儿园为监测单位)进行连续干预监测,儿童超重和肥胖的判断方法主要参照WHO标准。数据分析采用统计软件SPSS10.0分析。【结果】1999年调查了上海部分幼儿园10 692名3~6岁儿童的肥胖的检出率为8.49%,是1996年同地区同年龄组的(3.76%)2.27倍;经过对幼儿园儿童实施肥胖干预措施后,2002年3~6岁儿童肥胖检出率为8.01%,肥胖检出率下降。2002~2004年,对本市的19个幼儿园进行强化监测后,儿童单纯性肥胖率为5.30%,明显低于非监测点的儿童单纯性肥胖率为7.58%。【结论】有效的干预措施使儿童单纯性肥胖的检出率下降。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】 To analyse the prevalence of obesity in the children among the kindergardens in Shanghai city,the effect of intervention on the children with obesity in the kindergardens nursery schools were evaluated, in order to probe into the proper management methods in the childhood obesity. 【Method】 Children aged 3～6 years were investigated every 3 years who came from nusery school of 19 districts in Shanghai.The child’s height and weight were measured,the weight for height of NCHS/WHO was used as the reference data to define overweight and obesity.The data was analyzed by SPSS 10.0 software. 【Results】 10 692 children were surveyed in 1999,the simple obesity rate of children in 1999(8.49%) was 2.27 times of that in the year of 1996(3.76%).Simple obesity was be prevent in nursery schools from the year of 1999 stressful,the rate of simple obesity in stress-management nursery schools was decreased.The simple obesity rate of children in 2002 was 8.01%.The result showed that the simple obesity rate(5.30%) in stress-management nursery schools between the three years from 2002 to 2004 was obviously lower than that of normal nursery schools(7.58%). 【Conclusion】 Effective intervention method could control simple obesity rate of children.更多还原
