【摘要】 目的:观察参麦注射液佐治小儿病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效。方法:将49例病毒性心肌炎住院患儿随机分为治疗组25例,对照组24例.对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组加用参麦注射液静脉滴注,观察两组患儿的临床症状、心电图、心肌酶谱等指标变化。结果:治疗组总有效率92.0%,对照组总有效率75.0%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参麦注射液佐治小儿病毒性心肌炎可提高临床疗效,无明显不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Shenmai injection(SMI)on viral myocarditis(VMC)in children.Methods:49 cases with VMC were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group(n=2.5)and the control group(n=24).The treatment group was treated with Shenmai injection(SMI),while the control group was treated with conventional therapy.The clinical symptoms,myocardial enzymes and the results of electrocardiogram of both groups after treatment were compared(P<0.01).Results:The total effective rate was 92.0% in treatment group and 75.0% in control group respectively.The difference was significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions: Shenmai injection(SMI)has obviously curative effects on VMC and no adverse reaction was found.更多还原
