【摘要】 目的:观察匹多莫德佐治婴幼儿哮喘的临床疗效。方法:78例8个月至3岁的哮喘患儿随机分为治疗组40例和对照组38例。两组患儿均给予糖皮质激素、支气管扩张剂吸入治疗,治疗组加用匹多莫德,观察两组患儿哮喘发作程度的变化并进行疗效评价。结果:与对照组比较,治疗组哮喘发作程度、临床疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组临床总有效率90.0%。绪论:匹多莫德可降低婴幼儿哮喘发作频率,减轻哮喘发作程度,可用于佐治婴幼儿哮喘。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of pidotimod in the treatment and prevention of infants with asthma.Methods:78 cases of infants from 8 month to 3 year old were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in treatment group and 38 cases in control group.Infants of both groups were given GC and inhaled bronchodilators,and pidotimod was given additionally in the treatment group.Changes in conditions of infa- nts in both groups were observed and the effects of the treatment were evaluated.Results:In compare with the control group,a significant differ- ence in statistics in the conditions of asthma and the clinical efficacy were observed in the treatment group(P<0.01)with a total clinical efficacy of 90.0%.Conclusions:Pidotimod can decrease the frequency of infants’asthma attacks,and relieve their symptoms,so it can used to help treat infants’ asthma.更多还原
