【摘要】 目的:观察琥珀酸氢化考的松治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法:选取有明显喘憋症状的典型毛细支气管炎患儿40例,随机分成治疗组及对照组各20例,治疗组在对照组常规治疗基础上加用琥珀酸氢化考的松5mg/(kg.d)静脉滴注,疗程3~5d,并于0、2、4、6d判断疗效。结果:治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:琥珀酸氢化考的松治疗毛细支气管炎有明显疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the efficacy of the hydrocortisone succinate on bronchiolitis in children.Methods: 40 cases of the typical asthmatic children with bronchiolitis were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,each with 20 cases.In addition to conventional therapy,the treatment group had cortisone succinate 5 mg/(kg·d) intravenous injection for 3～5 days.Disease severity was scored on 0,2,4,and 6 days.Results: The clinical effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions: Hydrcortisone Sodium succinate has a significant effect on the treatment of bronchiolitis.更多还原
