非水滴定法测定马来酸氯苯那敏含量实验的微型化
Microtitration test of chlorphenamine maleate assay through nonaqueous titrations
【摘要】 目的:研究利用自制微型滴定装置测定马来酸氯苯那敏含量的可行性。方法:通过微型滴定和常规滴定对比,高氯酸-冰醋酸(0.1mol/L)为滴定液,结晶紫为指示剂,用非水滴定法测定马来酸氯苯那敏的含量。结果:微型滴定和常规滴定分别测得马来酸氯苯那敏的含量为98.73%和98.71%,平行测定结果差异无统计学意义(F<F表)。结论:自制微型滴定装置具有较好的操作性能和精密度,符合滴定分析法的要求,可用于测定马来酸氯苯那敏的含量。
【Abstract】 Objective:To study the feasibility of self-made microtitration in determining the contents of chlorphenamine maleate.Methods: Perchloric acid and glacial acetic acid were volumetric solution.Crystal violet was indicator.Results: The contents determined with microtitration were 98.73% and that of regular titration was 98.71%.Mathematical statistics was adopted to compare the results of these two parallel tests,and there wasn’t any difference between them.Conclusions: The accuracy and precision of the result accorded with the demand of titrating analysis.The self-made microtitration was convenient and accurate,could be used to determining the contents of chlorphenamine maleate.
