【摘要】 目的探讨甲状腺微小癌的诊断方法和治疗原则。方法对1984年9月～2002年9月收治的82例甲状腺微小癌总结分析。结果75例(91.5%)患者在术前或术中得以明确诊断,所有病例均行手术治疗,5例因复发和转移二次手术,1例死亡。结论对可疑病例行必要辅助检查,有助于提高甲状腺微小癌诊断率。甲状腺患侧腺叶切除,术前或术中证实有淋巴结转移者行颈淋巴清扫术,是合适的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the diagnosis and surgical management of thyroid microcarcinoma.METHODS The clinical data of 82 cases with thyroid microcarcinoma performed in our hospital from Sep.1984 to Sep.2002 were retrospectively studied.RESULTS Thyroid microcarcinoma were diagnosed before or in the operation in 75 cases.All patients were treated with operation.Five cases underwent operation two times for recurrence or metastasis.One case died of the disease.CONCLUSION Accessory examinations were helpful to improving the diagnosis rate of thyroid microcarcinoma.Ipsilateral lobectomy with neck dissection if cervical lymph nodes were positive was the appropriate treatment.更多还原
