【摘要】 目的通过糖筛查试验及葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)了解瑞安市妊娠妇女糖耐量水平。方法前瞻性对2250名孕妇在孕24~28周间先行50 g糖筛查试验,结果≥7.8 mmol/L为阳性,阳性结果者再行OGTT试验,按美国国家糖尿病资料组(NDDG)标准判断结果。结果瑞安市2250孕妇中糖筛查试验阳性240例,240例孕妇均参加了OGTT试验,其中112名OGTT正常,58例为糖耐量受损(GIGT),70例为妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)。孕前体重指数(BMI)≥25 kg/m2,GDM的发病率为17.86%,体重指数(BMI)<25 kg/m2,发病率为3.12%。结论瑞安市妊娠妇女中GIGT为2.58%,GDM为3.11%。体重指数与GDM密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the glucose tolerance level among pregnant women in Ruian.Methods 50 g glucose challenge test(GCT) was done in 2250 pregnancy women of Ruian between 24-28 gestational,a prospective study of 75 g oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT) was done if glucose≥7.8 mmol/L.NDDG is the diagnostic criteria.Results GCT were positive in 102 of 2250 pregnancy women who took part in OGTT.112 pregnancy women were normal.58 were GIGT and 35 were GMD.The ratio of GDM was 17.86% in pregnancy women whose BMI was greater than 25 kg/m2 and the reverse was 3.12%.Conclusion GIGT is 2.58% in pregnancy women of Ruian,and GDM is 3.11%.BMI is closely correlated with GDM.更多还原
