【摘要】 目的观察小儿高热的不同降温方法的疗效和护理。方法随机将178例高热患儿根据不同降温方法分为3组:扑热息痛口服组58例,安乃近滴鼻组61例和酒精擦浴组59例,比较3组降温前后体温的差异。结果3组降温前体温比较差异无统计学意义,3组降温后体温分别为口服组(39.2±0.6)℃、滴鼻组(38.1±0.4)℃、擦浴组(38.5±0.4)℃,经统计学分析F=4.32,P<0.05。结论安乃近滴鼻降温方法效果明显超过扑热息痛口服法,安乃近滴鼻与酒精擦浴联合治疗小儿高热有较理想的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observate on the hypothermic effect of metamizole nasal drip and alcohol sponge bath and oral acetaminophen,and nursing care in infantiles with high fever.Methods One hundred and seventy-eight cases of infantiles with high fever were divided into three groups:groupⅠ(n=58) receivedoral acetaminophen,groupⅡ(n=61)received nasal drip with metamizole and group Ⅲ(n=59) receivednasal drip with metamizole and sponge bath with alcohol.The temperature was taken before and after the treatments and was compared among the three groups.Results Before treatment,there were not significant differences in comparing temperature of three groups(P>0.05).The decreased temperatures were taken from the groups:(39.2±0.6)℃,(38.1±0.4)℃ and(38.5±0.4)℃ respectively.Metamizole nasal drip combined with alcohol sponge bath showed significantly effects(F=4.32,P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of metamizole nasal dripandalcohol sponge bath is more effective in treating the infantiles with high fever.更多还原
