【摘要】 目的探讨输卵管妊娠的CT表现。方法分析13例经手术病理证实的输卵管妊娠的临床资料和CT表现。结果13例输卵管妊娠发生于壶腹部11例、峡部1例、间质部1例。CT表现为混杂密度软组织肿块,内见高密度出血灶9例、孕囊影5例、盆腔高密度积液10例。增强扫描软组织肿块轻到中度不均匀强化,高密度出血灶无强化,5例孕囊边缘可见明显环形强化影。11例输卵管妊娠患者子宫外形增大、内膜增厚。结论附件区混杂密度软组织肿块,内见高密度出血灶、孕囊,同时伴有盆腔高密度积液为输卵管妊娠的典型CT表现。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the CT appearance of tubal pregnancy.Methods To analyse the clinical manifestatoin and CT features of 13 cases of operation-pathology-proved tubal pregnanacy.Results Eleven of 13 cases were located ampulla of fallopian tube,1 case was located isthmus of tubae uterinae,1 case was located interstitial portion.CT appearance were mix density soft tissue mass,bleeding type(9/13),pregnant sac type(5/13),high density liquid in pelvic inflammatory(10/13).The soft tissue masses which were mainly solid and had mild to moderate inhomogeneous enhancement.High density bleeding area with no enhancement.Five cases pregnancy sac were multicircular and massive enhancement.Eleven cases of tubal pregnant with uterus became large.Conclusion Mix density mass around adnexal area,found high density bleeding,pregnancy sac,high density liquid in pelvic inflammatory were the typical CT appearance of tubal pregnancy.更多还原
