【摘要】 目的探讨胃癌急性穿孔的诊治方法。方法回顾性分析26例经病理证实的胃癌急性穿孔患者的临床资料。结果本组死亡4例。穿孔修补术、胃大部切除术、胃癌根治术平均生存期分别为7、15、31个月。结论早期诊断及选择正确术式是降低病死率、提高生存质量的重要因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of acute perforating gastric cancer.Methods The clinical data of 26 patients with acute perforating gastric cancer proved pathologically were analysed retrospectively.Results Four patients died during the perioperative period.The life expectancy of patients treated with repair of perforation,partial gastrectomy or radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer was 7,15 and 31 months respectively.Conclusion Early diagnosis and selecting exactly surgical methods were the important factors to decrease the death rate and increase life quality.更多还原
