高速模数转换器AD9283在中频数字接收机中的应用
ADC AD9283 with High Speed in Application to Intermediate Frequency Digital Receiver
【摘要】 AD9283是AD公司生产的8bit高速A/D,输入带宽达475MHz,最高抽样速率为100MS/s.高性能、低功耗等使其应用于小信号模数转换.为了将其应用于S波段遥测中频数字接收机中,研究了AD9283工作原理和典型应用.介绍了AD9283的主要特点及典型应用电路,给出了其应用,其中A/D采样基于带通采样定理,这样就降低了后级信号处理难度,介绍了基于史密斯圆图法的A/D输入阻抗匹配电路设计,并给出了几个中频频点的匹配参数,最后指出了AD9283在实际应用过程中应注意问题.
【Abstract】 AD9283 is an 8 bit Analog-to-digital converter with high speed produced by AD Company.Its Bandwidth is 475 MHz,and its highest sample speed is 100 MHz.It is high performance and low power which is used especially small signals.The principle of AD9283 and the typical application are researched in order to put it into realization.The main character of AD9283 and the typical peripheral circuit are introduced.After that,the application of AD9283 is given.The A/D sampling is based on bandpass sampling theory.As a result,the difficulties of the later signal processing are reduced.The design of input impedances matching circuits based on Smith Chart is introduced.And then,the matching parameters in several intermediate frequencies are given.In the end,the problems to which users should pay attention are mentioned.
