基于TMS320LF2407A DSP的感应电动机转矩-转速特性测定系统
Measurement System of Torque-Speed Characteristic for Induction Motor Based on DSP
【摘要】 论述了直流测功机自动测定感应电动机转矩-转速特性的原理及系统结构.具体设计了励磁调节电路、电枢外接电子电阻电路、转速信号处理电路、转矩信号处理电路、电平转换电路、电流信号调理电路以及串口通信电路,并基于数字信号处理器TMS320LF2407A设计了控制电路.实验证明,该系统能够较好地测定感应电动机的转矩-转速特性.
【Abstract】 This paper presents the principle and hardware structure to measure torque-speed characteristic of induction motor,including circuit for flux modulating,electrical resistance circuit,speed signal processing circuit etc.The control circuit is implemented based on digital signal processor TMS320LF2407A.Experimental result shows that the system can measure well torque-speed characteristic of induction motor.
